The “My Thesis in 180 Seconds” contest enables PhD students to present their research topic, in French and in simple terms, to a lay and diverse audience. Each student must, in three minutes, present his/her research topic in a clear, concise and compelling way. All with the support of a single slide!

12 PhD students are still lined up for the second stage of the competition organized by the Paris-Saclay University. At stake for the winner, an invitation to the national final set to take place on June 3rd in Nancy! Timothée Leblond, PhD student at the IRT SystemX, is one of twelve pre-selected candidates who will defend their thesis before the jury. He will try, in 3 minutes, to explain the topic of sensitivity calculations of structural parameters on aerodynamic and structured services.

Come and watch the Paris –Saclay Final on the 16th of April at the Terrasse, Gif-sur-Yvette!
