Launched in March 2018 for a period of six years, BART (Blockchain Advanced Research & Technologies) is a joint research initiative between Inria, IRT SystemX, Télécom ParisTech and Télécom SudParis. This initiative was born from the desire to federate a vast research ecosystem in the Paris region – around thirty researchers – around a common roadmap aiming to remove Blockchain scientific barriers in line with societal and industrial needs, to stimulate a joint animation and give more resonance to their work. Until now, all the actors involved worked individually or bilaterally on this subject of the Blockchain.
